We charge a flat monthly subscription starting from £49/mo for a local postcode area. No per-lead charges, no commission. One fee covers unlimited leads in your area.
What area can I cover for handyman jobs?
You choose your coverage area when you register — from a single postcode area up to national coverage. You only receive leads from within the area you select.
Are the handyman leads exclusive?
Each job is sent to a maximum of 3 tradespeople. You are competing with at most 2 others per lead, not a pool of dozens.
How quickly do leads arrive?
Leads are delivered by email in real time — as soon as a homeowner submits a request matching your trade and area.
Can I cancel my handyman leads subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime with no notice period. Your subscription runs to the end of the billing month.
How is this different from other handyman lead generation services?

You can pause your subscription from your account dashboard. Pausing stops new leads arriving until you reactivate. You are not charged for paused months.
Do I need my own tools and van?
Most handyman leads expect you to bring your own tools. A van or car is useful for larger jobs and material runs, but not essential for small jobs.
What if a job turns out to be bigger than described?
You quote based on what the homeowner describes. If the job is bigger once you see it, you are free to requote — there is no obligation on either side until you both agree a price.
